No Return / No Exchange
Due to the nature of the customization, each EDC outfits is created by individual client's specific size and measurement. Therefore, we wont' be able to resell the items to a different clients that we are not accepting any return nor exchange.
Exceptions / Exchange items
We do not accept returns for any customized items. However, we may consider the request of exchange due to the fitting problem case by case. your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a exchange, you can contact us at fayescouture@gmail.com. If your exchange request is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
